   Once your order is placed, we initiate a thorough pre-production process. We create a physical sample of your socks and provide detailed photos from the factory, showcasing various angles and closeups. You have the opportunity to request adjustments based on these images, and we can even ship the sample to you for in-person inspection if desired.

3. Product Consistency and Quality Assurance
   We guarantee that the products you receive will match the approved Pre-Production Sample (PPS). If any items differ from the approved PPS, we will replace the impacted pairs once adequate evidence has been provided and reviewed by our production team.
