First time ordering with Team Feet? No stress — the page below the guide does most of the thinking for you. Here's what to expect, step by step.

Check your design
Your approved design and chosen sock style are already loaded — you don't need to upload anything. The Design Reference shown on the page (e.g. TF1774401455) is your unique ID. Keep it handy if you ever message us about this order. Want a change first? Use the Request A Revision link under your mockup.

Choose your sizes & quantities
Socks come in 4 unisex sizes: XS, S, M/L and XL. Use the − and + buttons next to each size to set how many pairs you'd like, or type the number directly. Mix and match any way you like — there's no need to split evenly.
Not sure on sizes yet? A common starting split is roughly 10% XS · 30% S · 50% M/L · 10% XL. You can always adjust before checkout. - 03
Watch the progress bar
As you add pairs, the bar fills toward three milestones:
- 24 pairs our minimum per design — the Complete Order button activates. Orders of 24–29 pairs carry a flat small-run shipping fee, shown in the summary.
- 30 pairs free shipping — the fee drops off. The page tells you exactly how many more pairs you need, and a one-tap button adds them for you.
- 100 pairs unlocks an automatic 8% bulk discount on your order, free shipping included.

The order summary updates live and shows you:
- Total pairs — everything you've entered across the sizes
- Unit price & subtotal — including the bulk discount once you reach 100 pairs
- Shipping — the small-run fee on 24–29 pairs, or Free from 30
- Total price — socks plus shipping, exactly what you'll see at checkout

Complete your order
Once you've hit 24 pairs, the Complete Order button unlocks and takes you straight to checkout. Need to change something after that? Just come back to this page — it loads whatever is already in your cart for this design into the size boxes, and completing again replaces those pairs rather than adding to them, so you'll never double up. Prefer to check the cart first? Use the Review cart link under the button.

Approve your sample
Once your order is in, we produce a pre-production sample pair and send you photos for final sign-off before we run the remaining pairs — extra peace of mind that the socks you designed are the socks you'll receive.

What's the minimum order?
24 pairs per design, across any mix of sizes. Orders of 24–29 pairs carry a small-run shipping fee; from 30 pairs shipping is free. Ordering more than one design? Each design needs 24 or more pairs of its own.
Why is there a shipping fee under 30 pairs?
Smaller production runs cost us more per pair to make and ship. Rather than raise the per-pair price, we pass that on as one flat fee — so the price you see per pair is the same whether you order 24 or 99. Add six more pairs to a 24-pair order and the fee disappears entirely.
Should I order 24 pairs or 30?
Per pair, 30 is the better deal and we’re upfront about that — the shipping fee on 24–29 pairs is there because our factory’s cost per pair is higher on smaller runs, and we pass it through as a shipping line rather than raising the price per pair. What 24 gives you is the option not to buy socks you don’t need. If you’ve got a use for the extra pairs — spares for the season, new players mid-year, coaches — 30 is the smarter buy, because those extra pairs work out cheap once shipping drops to free. If they’d just sit in a bag, 24 is the lower total spend. Either way the socks, the design and the quality are identical; the only thing that changes is how many you’re paying for. Set the quantity to 24 and then 30 on the order form and it shows you both totals.
Can I come back later and change my order?
Yes. Revisit the order page link from your mockup email. The page reads your cart on load and fills in what's already there, and completing your order again replaces it — no risk of double-counting. Once an order is paid, email us with your Design Reference and we'll sort any changes before production starts.
How long until I receive my socks?
Standard turnaround is around 4 weeks from order confirmation, including production and shipping. If you've got a hard deadline (a tournament, an event, a season launch), tell us before you order and we'll confirm whether we can hit it.
I want to tweak the design before ordering — can I?
Absolutely. Use the Request A Revision link under your mockup, or reply to your mockup email with the changes, and we'll send you a revised mockup. Once approved, your order page updates to match.
What does the price include?
Your unit price covers design, setup and pre-production sampling. Shipping is free on orders of 30 pairs or more; orders of 24–29 pairs carry a small-run shipping fee, shown before you check out. AUD pricing excludes GST. International orders (UK, CA) may have import sales tax applied at point of entry.
