Once your order is placed the first thing we do is submit your order to our production team.

They then schedule your socks for pre-production sampling.

This process involves producing a single pair of your socks to ensure a close match between your mockup and the end product.

Our team will then send you a number of photos of your socks to ensure you know exactly what the end product looks like. This also gives you the opportunity to make adjustments.

Only once you're happy with the pre-production sample will we produce the remaining pairs.

Your PPS pair is also used for quality control to ensure consistency across your entire order 👍🏻

We have automatic discounts set to trigger at checkout based on the total number of pairs you've selected. You'll need to progress to checkout before the discounts are applied.

You can also then add any promotional discount codes to further update your order price.

Automatic discounts apply at 30, 60, 100 and 500 pairs.

You sure can, we offer a priorirty order option at checkout which cuts your turnaround time down to around 3 weeks. If you've got a specific deadline you need to work to we suggest getting in touch to discuss first.

Yes! By default all socks come individually packaged in clear bags, but we can also arrange custom header cards or belly bands with your order.
