    How to place your order

    Five quick steps and your socks are on the way.

    1. 01

      Check your design

      Your approved design is already loaded below — nothing to upload. The Design Reference (e.g. TF1774401455) is your unique ID; quote it if you ever message us about this order. Want a change first? Use the Request A Revision link next to your mockup.

    2. 02

      Choose your sizes

      Four unisex sizes: XS, S, M/L and XL. Set the pairs for each size with the − and + buttons, or type the number in. Mix and match however you like.

      Not sure on sizes? A common split is 10% XS · 30% S · 50% M/L · 10% XL. You can adjust any time before checkout.
    3. 03

      Complete your order

      Enter all your sizes in one go — the summary updates live and the progress bar tracks two milestones:

      • 30 pairs our minimum per design. Once you reach it, the Complete Order button activates.
      • 100 pairs unlocks an automatic 8% bulk discount.

    4. 04

      Choose how to pay

      Pay by card

      Standard checkout — card, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Quick and easy for individuals.

      Pay by invoice

      For schools, clubs, councils and businesses. Use the link under the Complete Order button and we'll send an invoice through — pay by bank transfer or purchase order.

    5. 05

      Approve your sample

      Once your order is in, we get to work on a pre-production sample pair. When it's ready, we'll send through a series of photos for your final sign-off before we complete the remaining pairs — extra peace of mind that the socks you designed are the socks you'll receive.

    Quick questions, quick answers

    Can I order fewer than 30 pairs?

    Not at this stage — 30 pairs per design, across any mix of sizes, is our minimum. It's how we keep custom pricing fair. Ordering more than one design? Each design code needs 30 or more pairs of its own.

    How long until I receive my socks?

    Around 4 weeks from order confirmation, including production and shipping. Got a hard deadline? Tell us before you order and we'll confirm whether we can hit it.

    What does the price include?

    Design, setup, pre-production sampling and shipping. AUD pricing excludes GST. International orders (UK, CA) may attract import sales tax at point of entry.

    Can I tweak the design before ordering?

    Absolutely. Use the Request A Revision link next to your mockup, or reply to your mockup email with the changes. Once the revised design is approved, you'll get a fresh order link.
