Approved Wholesale Account

Welcome aboard!

Now that you've been approved for wholesale your existing product pages will be updated to wholesale status. This means that wholesale discounts will automatically apply as you add socks to your cart. Should you be revoked of wholesale status at any stage your order page will simply default back to retail pricing.

You'll find a number of benefits through our wholesale program:

1. You've got free unlimited use of our design process. You can request new designs directly via email rather than needing to use our standard design request form (although you're welcome to use this as well).

With this in mind feel free to create a number of pre-emptive mockups for your existing clients. It's a great way to show customers what's possible on a sock (not too many are aware of the sublimation benefits).

2. We provide custom packaging (belly band or header card) for wholesale clients only. If you'd like to add these to any order (or invest in a stock to apply to all your orders) please advise and we'll get that set up.

3. Our socks don't include any Team Feet branding. We'll use our standard bases for all orders. If you're wanting something different please note that higher MOQs may apply.

4. Our preferred support channel is either email (cxsupport@teamfeet.com) or via the support chat widget on our website. We have phased out inbound phone support due to the overwhelming number of scam calls, but we're happy to provide outbound support via phone if you'd like to speak to the team.

5. All orders require upfront payment. Flexible payment terms may be available on larger orders but are not guaranteed. We're always willing to be flexible with wholesale clients who have a proven track record.
