Once you've recieved your sock mockup and are happy to proceed, simply confirm your intention to order (via email) and we'll set up a custom order page for your chosen design. Your order page can be used for your initial order as well as re-orders. If you'd prefer to complete your order via traditional invoice instead of using an order page, we can also do that 😊
Our order pages are super easy to use. We load up all the designs you want to include, and by default you'll get access to all 4 sizes.
Simply add the socks you need to your cart. Pricing, sizes and specs can be found at the bottom of your order page.
Minimums are preset to 15 pairs per colour and size.
As you add socks to your cart, you'll be notified when a bulk discount kicks in. You'll have the option of adding more socks (for bigger discounts on your order), or progressing to checkout and completing your order. The more you buy the more you save!
WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS?
Our custom socks have an order minimum of just 15 pairs. This minimum provides a single design in a single size (e.g. Black Crew - M/L). The same minimums apply to any additional sizes or designs you include in your order. More info here.

WHAT'S THE TURNAROUND?
Once you've completed your order you can expect to receive your socks within 4 weeks. If you need your socks sooner we can provide rush orders for a flat fee (~$50 USD), which reduces turnaround time to 2 - 3 weeks. We work really well with deadlines.
CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE?
Yes! We can produce a pre-production sample of your chosen design for free and provide photos for approval. Should you wish to receive the socks to sample in person there'll be a flat fee.
CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE DESIGNS AT ONCE?
Yes! You can combine as many of your designs in a single order as you like. Your discount will be based on the total number of pairs in your order. Good to go? Great! Contact us here to request your sock order.
