Refund policy

Where possible Team Feet prefer to replace socks rather than refund. We take great measures to ensure custom sock requests are finalised in detail before orders are processed.

 

FAULTY SOCKS

If any socks are found to be faulty please notify Team Feet within 14 days of delivery. We'll require photographic evidence of all impacted pairs. We will endeavour to replace faulty pairs free of charge.

 

ORDER DISCREPANCY

If what you ordered and what you received don't match, get in touch and we'll review your order details. If the fault was ours, we'll rectify where necessary.

 

MISSED DELIVERY DEADLINE

In the unlikely event that our actions prevent your socks from being delivered by a pre-approved deadline we are happy to explore either return of your socks or a partial refund. Please note that customers must show that they cooperated through all stages of the delivery process and did not in any way take actions that impacted delivery lead times.

We will never agree to delivery deadlines without a suitable margin of error.

 

CHANGE-OF-MIND

Team Feet does not offer refunds for change-of-mind. We create custom products specific to our customers and therefore cannot resell or repurpose custom goods elsewhere.

Rush Orders - once a rush order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. The quantity and artwork are final. The order is considered placed as soon a order is received .

Non Rush Orders - Within 24 hours of an order submission, you can cancel or modify your order with no fee. After 24 hours, to cancel or modify the order we require 50% fee of the order amount.
